About The Larkin Team

Earnie and Candace are long-time Fort Worth residents with a passionate pursuit to exceed the needs of their clients. As a husband and wife Realtor® team, they're able to offer two unique perspectives. Earnie has over twenty years of experience in customer service and executive level management which provides him the opportunity to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a personable experience with everyone he works with. Candace also has an extensive background in customer service and hospitality. She has also successfully managed multiple projects which require a high level of detail and diligence. Her clients love her caring attitude, her sense of urgency and her willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure they are 100% satisfied whether they are buying, selling or leasing.

The Larkins have four kids in varying life stages and they keep things busy for the married couple. In between all the family activities, Earnie and Candace are actively involved in their community by serving regularly at their church and other non-profits throughout Tarrant County.
